With safety and compassion, our Support Staff Specialist (SSS) and Nursing staff attends to the Physical and Emotional care of every individual or resident. Our Administrative Support Staff are on duty 24 hours a day and on-call staff are also available to respond to emergency situations. Considering that quality services are essential elements of a successful Supported Living agency; our services are delivered in an efficient, competent and cost-effective manner.
Our employees will act in a responsible manner in providing care for our individuals to the best of their abilities; and restore the optimum level of independence of the individuals under the care plan developed by an authorized Service Coordinator (SC).
Individuals are encouraged to participate in the development of Individual Service Plans as this is essential for the continuity of care, motivation of self-care, progressive rehabilitation and preventative care. Our employees must provide services with respect to the dignity of the person regardless of religion, race, creed, age, color and disability; sexual orientation and diagnosis. Our employees must respect the rights of the clients and maintain confidentiality. Our employees must respect and assist in maintaining the level of confidence of each individual.
